The Lights of My Life

In quantum physics, atoms have energy and will be drawn to other atoms with similar energy. Like everything else in the universe, people are made of atoms and some of us will have similar energy. People are inevitably drawn together which is my inspiration for this piece. Due to this idea, I have come to embrace that there are some people who are meant to be in your life and will add great value to it. I know there are people like this in my life, who I have come to view as the lights of my life. These "lights" are represented as lanterns in a dark sky as a young woman (me), watches them from below. These lanterns luminate life in darkness and help me see when I feel lost and alone.
